You may browse, view, and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically copy content without prior written permission from Vachira Phuket Hospital
• use the Site in any way that violates Thai law, including but not limited to the Computer-Related Offences Act B.E. 2550 (2007) and its amendment B.E. 2560 (2017) and the PDPA B.E. 2562 (2019)
• upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or any content that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the Site
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, illustrations, logos, the “ALIVE” name and mark, and the website source code — is the property of Vachira Phuket Hospital and is protected under Thai and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994).

The website was developed under a work-for-hire arrangement. All intellectual property rights vest in Vachira Phuket Hospital upon completion and payment, as specified in the development contract.

The Site may contain links to or embed content from third-party services, such as Google Maps on the Contact page and social-media platform links in the footer. Vachira Phuket Hospital does not control these services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Vachira Phuket Hospital is a government hospital operating under Thai public law. Its liability is governed by the Liability for Wrongful Acts of Officials Act B.E. 2539 (1996) and other applicable Thai legislation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Vachira Phuket Hospital is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with this Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable Thai law governing disputes involving government agencies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acknowledgement of the updated Terms.
